Ingredients:
1 cup of coconut milk
½ cup of water
½ cup of stemmed rhubarb
2 Tbsp of Beet It Juice
1 Tbsp of MCT oil
½ cup of organic berries
1 Tbsp of hemp hearts
¼ tsp of vanilla paste
Method:
First you need to steam the rhubarb. To do this you need to wash and cut the rhubarb into 5 cm chunks and place them into your steamer for around 10 minutes or until completely soft and cooked. Let it cool before transferring into a container and storing in the fridge until ready for use.
To make the smoothie simply place all the ingredients into your blender and blitz for 60 seconds until smooth and combined. Pour into two glasses and enjoy.
