Ingredients:

	ASHWAGANDHAAshwagandha (Withania somnifera) is a calming, stress support herb that supports the body’s response to stress. It soothes and tones the nervous system, making it ideal for supporting mental stress and fatigue, and as a tonic to support full recovery from illness.
	HOPSHops’ (Humulus lupulus) calming properties are known to support sleep and calm worry. Studies have shown its supportive action for sleep, especially when used together with Valerian.
	PASSIONFLOWERPassionflower (Passiflora incarnata) has relaxing and calming properties that support getting to sleep. It is a well-known plant for supporting an overworked nervous system and does not cause drowsiness.
	LAVENDERLavender (Lavandula angustifolia) acts as a tonic to the nervous system, an effective plant for supporting feelings of worry and nervousness as well as symptoms caused by stress such as irritability and exhaustion.  It is used to support balanced emotions, ease tension and support sleep.
	VALERIANValerian root (Valeriana officinalis) is well known for its calming qualities and its ability to relax the central nervous system. It has been used to support sleep for hundreds of years, especially for those having difficulty falling asleep. Valerian does not produce a morning hangover effect and is suitable for long-term use.

DIRECTIONS 
Shake well before use. 

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE Adult and children over 12 years: 5mls 
Take two doses 30 minutes apart before bed. 
Repeat if needed to a maximum of 5 doses in a 24-hour period
